On the morning of March 23, 2026, the CallGrid Bid API experienced degraded performance resulting in reduced bid processing capacity. The issue was identified within minutes and resolved the same morning. All other CallGrid services: including the application, tracking, routing, and reporting, remained fully operational throughout.
